Mistakenly order the wrong barrel for my G17 on Saturday. Realized my mistake Sunday evening and sent them an e-mail requesting the correct part. Received a response that evening notifying me the correct part will be shipped with the rest of the order. Nothing huge in all of this, just good customer service. Thought I would pass it on.

I have to be honest here. I was trying to catch up from a 3 day weekend so I decided to jump on the emails Sunday night. Yeah it might look good that the problem was taken care of within hours of placing your order but seriously, we would have caught your message Monday morning either way. I am glad to see it all worked out.

I ordered a pair of slip on grips for my G32 and was sent a pair for a G20, called on Monday, received the correct size on Wednesday.

Great job Lone Wolf, I will be back and I'll bring Friends!

WOW! I just ordered a 9mm conversion and 2 g19 mags for my g23 yesterday from LWD. After reading this post, I'm stoked that I might have made the right choice. And to think I was going to order a Fire Dragon....tsk, tsk! As the Master Chief used to say:
