I'll post up everything I've got within a day or so. :)

Are you interested in shootng IDPA with us, or more in casual use of the range?

Both...but I will not be able to make it to this Friday's match.

My SO might be interested in IDPA when he gets moved.
I OTOH, just am interested in finding a closer range where the girls (as in several of us) and I can go and shoot. We've been confined to some land my parents own at the present. I've been driving all the way out to Range USA and it sucks. That's 50 minutes for me each direction.
I'm in DeSoto County.

Okay.

I sent a couple of e-mails back and forth to the VP of the club.

Their membership is $96/year and $8.00 a month. There's also a $75 initiation-fee the first year.

This is a CLUB, and not a public range. That means that you can come shoot matches (like IDPA) as a non-member, but to use their range, you need to join the club.

Evan:

A member can bring two guests at his discretion. Sunrise to sunset 7 days a
week. Saturday mornings are pretty well consumed with matches. Lots of
shooters on Sunday afternoons and evenings.

Also you can add a family member, spouse or child to a regular membership
for $5.00.

All matches are open to the public.

IDPA is on Friday night at 4:30 (shooting starts at 5PM), and on the second saturday of each month at 9AM. Fridays costs $5 ($7 for nonmembers) and Saturday matches are $10 ($12 for nonmembers).

I'll post up a map later tonight, and PM you his email address in case you have any questions.
