Hi Guys,
Last month I purchased a replacment barrel for my Model 35, .40 in .357 SIG from LWD. The barrel started peening after less than 300 rounds. A quick picture to the Glock Armorers at LWD had me a brand new replacment barrel in the mail in one day! JR and Dan are both fantastic guys to work with there. They suspect that it failed to heat treat properly and therefore showed signs of peening and premature wear. I have never had a problem with any of their aftermarket barrels before.
In talking to them they are "Real Shooters" compared to some of the customer support people who have not a clue about the "Real Life" way of things. I cant say enough nice things about their customer service and the way I was treated by their company. I would unhesitatingly buy any Glock parts and accessories from them. They are truly a testimonial to how to treat your customers "After the sale". Hats off to them for their professionalism and manners. They went out of their way to offer me another barrel (Which I gladly took) or my money back. How can you beat that?
