I just purchased a new 642. Is there any problem using lead bullets? I've never used lead in my Glocks or other guns, but I'm not sure about the j-frame. If I use lead bullets, is there any sort of special cleaning for them after words? As in do you have to do something special to scrub the lead from the barrel?

No problem using lead in your revolver. Just more cleanup when you are done. Cleaning the bore usually just involves more scrubbing with a borebrush. Leadclothes are invaluable for removing the buildup from the face of cylinder, but keep in mind that using this cloth can shine/polish if used elsewhere.
