Marion County Fair Demo

If you plan to attend the Marion County Fair this year, please be aware that my club, Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu Club of Indianapolis, will be performing a demonstration on July 28th at 2:30 pm. We will be performing open hand as well as weapon sequences.

I have not seen the final list of things we will be doing but in the past we have done saber, spear, staff, as well as open hand sequences including two person and drunken forms. I will be serving as the MC for our demonstration.

bill, Beech Grove? No, sir, that's not us. We train at Mount Zion community center at 8921 East Troy Avenue.

I was looking at the old photos of the school in the 80's. Used to frequrent the area in my youth on Saturday mornings

Oh, I see, Wicker's old karate school in Beech Grove. His teacher had an introduction to different Chinese arts and from that we came into existence.:)
