It's a bit muddy but so what?

My wife had the camera. Here is the troop.

This is Peanut. Still gets around well for almost 11 years old.

This is a weed we have growing around the area. I don't know what it is called.

This is a pic of the old man dragging the little girl up a hill in the wagon.

Here are some pics of an interesting insect we found in the yard. I don't know what it was. It was about two inches long.

You're lucky to be alive. That's an Australian Blue-Eyed Dart Fly...one of the deadliest insects in Australia. They're not native to Texas but have adapted to the hill country climate. Most people who get that close don't live to tell about it. ;)

Great pictures! :)

Man, that bug's eyes are the coolest shade of blue I've ever seen, bet he does real well with the lady bugs.

Neat pics, nice to see folks spending time outdoors with their kids. big  to you and your wife.

Hey, they closed our favorite park here because someone might have heard a mountain lion.

The papers are full of advice. Throw rocks at it and fight if attacked. Otherwise, make yourself look big and don't run.

Bah.
