kohlrabi

I've been getting a lot of 'em free.
I cook em up into mashed potatoes, at a ratio of 2 potatos to 1 kohlrabi bulb, and they're pretty good.

What else can I do with them?

First time I ever heard of it. I had to google it. The way they made it sound I wouldn't know whether to casserole it with some cheese and Bacon Bits (Broccoli) or sweat it in a skillet with some bacon drippings with some diced onion and the thrown the crumbled bacon back in (cabbage). I'm going to have to find some and give it a try one way or the other.
