Great service! I emailed them, and received a prepaid second day air shipping label. They were ready to fix it--particularly becasue the safety was not operating. Sent the gun off on a monday, it was back the next week on friday. The defect was fixed (loose housing for safety and slidelock plunger), trigger pull cleaned up, new grip safety assemply (because I said I wanted a little more positive safety operation), New mainspring and a free pair of grips because I removed them before I shipp ed the gun.
can't say anything bad about them.
What do they get out of this. My money!!

Same service I received on my 640-1. Had problem with spent cases sticking on two charge holes. Called S&W, had shipping label in hand on Saturday, shipped on Monday, and had it back noon Friday. New cylinder, free of charge, and it was used when I got it. Just can't touch this! Glad you had the super service S&W offers, cause there aren't to many companies that still stand behind their products like this. :thumbsup: :) :thumbsup:
