Any good coach recomendations?

Ok, sometimes I shoot really good, sometimes terrible, and I've failed in diagnosing my problems, so now I'm looking for a coach in the Seattle area, preferrably south.

Have any of you ever used coaches, and if so, do you have any recomendations?
