Does the Wylde Chamber make a difference in accuracy that an average shooter would notice, or really, will only the experienced super-marksmen notice?

It depends so much more than simply the chamber design. The barrel, and bolt fit also play a part. Free floating, trigger, rifle weight, and distance are all factors too. It's an additive effect. By themselves they aren't that stimulating but when rolled into one package that utilizes each modification effectively then the rifle can be a great shooter. Accurizing a rifle is a lot like moding a car. There are some mods that give more performance and should be attacked first and then there are mods that do little things but when rolled into one package they really shine.
A good shooter can shoot a MOA group at 100 yards the same as he can shoot at 500 yards. For a simplified example, the good shooter will shoot 1 inch groups at 100 yards and 5 inch groups at 500 yards. He's staying consistent. A new shooter is more likely to shoot MOA groups at 100 yards but not be able to keep those groups at 500 yards and that's with both shooters using the same gun.
The Wylde improves upon the 5.56 chamber by providing a bit more accuracy like what a .223 chamber gives. For a Highpower gun I'd go with either Wylde or .223 chamber. Keep in mind a .223 chamber should not have 5.56 shot through it.
I notice from my RRA Wylde chamber guns that I can use less powder to get the same velocity as what a 5.56 20" rifle gives.

It is designed for both .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO. It has a shorter throat to help increase accuracy.
