you can put the g17 barrel to the g22 but not the other way around coz the g22 barrel has a bigger diameter and it wont fit in the g22 slide

simply change the barrel, magazine and trigger mechanism housing w/ ejector to convert it to 9mm but theres some reliability issues

also try searching conversion barrels

The G17 FACTORY barrel would fit on a G22 but might have accuracy issue. You need to get a conversion barrel.

A quick call to Glock confirmed yes.
Top part of G21 will fit to G21SF receiver and vice versa.
G21 barrel will fit to G21SF slide and vice versa.
