View Full Version : Web Site on the Armed Forces of the Philippines
Found a website on the AFP http://www.timawa.net/index.htm and I find it interesting. Kaya lang "timawa" ang ginamit nung gumawa ng website, di ko alam kung bakit.
Ni-revive nila yung grease gun. Saan kaya makabili nun?

Father,
Timawa.Net is a enthusiast website and not AFP's. The site is mainly created by Opus with the support of other AFP enthusiasts/supporters and a few active servicemen. Check out their forum where most AFP / Defense related topics are being discussed.
Another good AFP site is www.hueybravo.net by manokski.
Timawa means freemen... as in Maharlika, Timawa at Alipin... :D
Official sites are :
www.dnd.gov.ph
www.afp.mil.ph
www.army.mil.ph
www.navy.mil.ph
www.paf.mil.ph
http://www.philippinemarinecorps.mil.ph/

Thanks. Will check it out.
Unfortunately, opus hasn't updated his site in ages.
Ditto yung "orbat" site ni Manolet.
That news item on the PMC M3's and M3A1's was already old news when
I related it on another board in 2004:
