Jewell Trigger Adjustment Instructions?

Just installed a used Jewell two-stage trigger in my Varmint AR. Previous owner used it for Military Hi-Power Rifle Matches so it's set at around 4.5 lbs. I didn't get factory adjustment instructions in the deal. Does anyone know a website with explaination & instruction for the Jewell AR Trigger? Thanks!

Ghost Tracker, I have a Jewell trigger that is uninstalled--still in its factory package. I could copy the instruction sheet in it and send it to you if you cannot get one directly from Jewell. The contact info on the instruction sheet is:
