Can I get a FL drivers license?

I'm wondering if I can get a FL drivers license yet.

I moved to FL from WI, but we're living in a hotel right now. Can I use that as my address? technically I am living here.

But we don't have a PO BOX yet, so we can't receive mail very easily I don't think. We're going to look into a PO Box on Monday.


edited to add. I have a motorcycle license in WI and I need to have my motorcycle license in FL as well.

Do I need to have my birth certificate?!

One of the Following

* Original or certified United States birth certificate
* Valid United States passport
* Certificate of Naturalization


In addition one of the following secondary documents is required:

* Social Security Card
* Parent Consent form of Minor
* Marriage Certificate
* Florida or out of state drivers license, valid or expired

PO Boxes are cheap. Or you could go to the UPS store and get a mailbox, then you can use their street address as your address. So if you have box 234, you can say, Apt 234 or STE 234.

Bring your birth cert and your WI license. WI has reciprocity with FL, from what myflorida.com states.
