OK... maybe i'm bad at the internet, but I can't seem to find a place buy those off white kimber warrior grips. Any idears? Plus, they'll fit my springer loaded right?
Thanks!

Have you tried direct from Kimber? Yes they will fit any standard 1911.

Thanks for the tip... i went to the kimber website and theys seem to offer every grip in their line...except the warrior grips. Maybe I should post in the WTB forum and see if anyone has them for sale.

Have you got a thing for the "Mr. Peanut" look?
Just kidding, keep an eye out, you'll find a "take off" set sooner or later.

Schiffer99,
You might want to try some gunner grips. If you don't like those, most people upgrade to gunners, so the kimber grips should be easy to find on ebay, here, 1911 forum, or maybe 10-8 forums.

You could also look at Larry Davidson's G10 grips: http://davidsonknives.com/grips/grips.htm
Here are mine, Desert Brown, Warthog, 4x4 cuts, VZ screws:

but it sounds like you know what you want already.

The Warrior grips are not available from Kimber. A friend of mine tried to get a set, and was told, rather directly,if he wanted a set, buy a Warrior. They are limited to that production model and not available as an after market item.

Well like other people have said they are not the greatest grips anyway. I would look for something else. They have kind of a weird color too.

The Warrior grips are basically a copy of the Gunner Grips.
Get the Gunner Grips.

I posted some WTB ads on some of the boards and found a set for I forget if it was $20 or $30. You can try that, because often times, people with Warriors want to swap the grips out.
Or, try Midway. I think they had them a while back.

Check out VZ grips (http://www.vzgrips.com/grips.html), they have some that may interest you in that color.

Thanks for the all the replies. You all sent me looking in directions I would not have thought have otherwise. I ended up ordering some dark earth ergo grips... and I plan on some gunner grips soon as well.
Thanks!
