I didn't feel like adding to the heat load for the AC and wanted biscuits so I cranked up the grill,
While it was heating I mixed
2 cups of flour
2 heaping teaspoons of baking powder
1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
sifted together
and put over 8oz grated Colby Cheese
mixed this so that all the cheese was coated with dry flour
added 2 heaping Tablespoons of sour cream
1 cup of butter milk
mixed this together
shaped Heaping Tablespoons into biscuits
just shaped them with my hands (dry flour on hands keeps things from getting too sticky)
the grill was now at 550 degrees
I turned off the middle burner and set the timer for 14 minutes
closed the lid.
They came out really good.
There wasn't much left when I thought about the camera.
