Cheap ammo at Rural King

I just bought a bunch of CCI Blazer 22 ammo at Rural King for 95.2 cents per box of 50.. Normally it's $1.19 a box..

Remington Gun Club 1 1/8 oz 7 1/2 shot 12ga for $3.99 a box..

They are having a week long bag sale and everything you can fit in a shopping bag is 20% off.. including ammo..

The sad thing is.. the 20% off price was regular price 3 years ago...

Thanks for the tip. I'll be stopping there Friday. Normally the 20% shopping bags don't apply to ammo, someone must have slipped up.

Click for Rural King's Website. (http://ruralking.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi) You will need the coupon in the weekly ad. Although, I imagine most stores will have the ad in the store.

Does the coupon replace the paper sacks they used to put in the newspaper?

All I did was just put it in the paper sack.. they have bins of sacks at the entrance..

The in-store ad didn't have the usual disclaimer about not applying to ammo and the rural king guy who unlocked the ammo cabinet said they have had a lot of people filling sacks of ammo..

The Kokomo Store is completely out of solid point mini-mags..

On the plus side.. they have lots of remington 223 55gr... I'm thinking about getting a case..

Oh - and I almost forgot to add - They have "Skids" of Estate 12 ga shotgun ammo.. the kind you would use in trap, skeet and 3-GUN!! and they have cases of reduced recoil slugs..

No mention of it not applying to ammo. Looks like it's time to go pickup some .45 and .223 ammo if the rural-king at home still has any.

I picked up several thousand rounds of .22 and 9mm. Unfortunately, they only had one box of .45 left.:sad:
