Does anyone know if the mainspring housings on LDA pistols, specifically the single stack models, can be replaced by most other brands of mainspring housings?

Say for instance, could you put in a Colt GI model mainspring housing onto one of the LDA pistols?

So you are telling me that the mainspring housings for the LDA pistols are compatible with aftermarket mainspring housings? No different parts or design due to the LDA system?

I was also wondering if the grip safety on the LDA pistols can be replaced with a G.I. grip safety. Anyone know/try this?
