Check out the lady to the right in the photo.
A little cant to cater to left-eye dominance is one thing.
Maybe the 'tactical-minded' can clue me in, if this is a new
stance (strong arm up and out like that) to try out.

Then again, the photo is just one frame in a motion-sequence,
and maybe she's semi-consciously maxing the use of the subject
automobile body as cover, as she approaches the driver's side
from behind. A friend claimed those female LEO's are actually
decent shots, but he didn't say how he'd have known.

bka galing sa gangsta school of combat sila

Seriously I'm waiting for the answer too
Parang delikado tamaan mo yung cover pag side ways yung baril plus iba ang torque ng recoil nyan pag lefthand side or right hand side

But they do look pretty capable

IMO its not a good idea to hold the gun that way
1. line of sight in your right side is covered
2. its difficult to aim
3. its hard to hold the gun that way

it looks cool though and covers your face if theres a sun

women behind looks like shes aiming too low and her stance isn't that stable(right toe in).

:)

bungs, hehe, you KNOW that ain't CAR.
It's like a bad imitation of CAR,
completely missing a key point to it.

As for the woman with the carbine, a shadow
around her right foot may be giving the impression
of awkward footing. She's hefting at low ready,
while diagonally trying to get further a-right of
the policewoman with the pistol.

That's a FTE waiting to happen, not to mention erratic recoil and obstructed peripheral vision on the right side. - mco

Raising her right elbow like that makes it look like she's bigger than she really is, just like a cobra spreading its hood before striking...

Maybe part of the 'presentation' to impose a hulking outline to immediately impose on or intimidate a suspect. Her finger out the trigger guard shows that Ms lady cop there knows what she's doing. Transitioning to Weaver or iso from that position, should she need to fire, seem quite easy, imo... ;)

From desk jobs to street watch for ‘Charlie’s Angels’

By Jeannette Andrade

MANILA, Philippines -- The Quezon City Police District yesterday deployed its own version of “Charlie’s Angels”—a three-women police team—to the notoriously crime-prone area of Cubao, as part of its program to reintegrate females in the field.

“Charlie’s Angels” was a popular American TV show in the ’70s which featured three policewomen who did undercover work.

QCPD director Senior Supt. Magtanggol Gatdula said the deployment of the district’s first Women Mobile Patrol Unit composed of PO1 Teresa Mones, PO1 Amylou Cabuso and PO1 Emily Lacson—members of the QCPD Special Weapons and Tactics team—is just a test run.

“If their deployment is successful, more policewomen will be fielded with the mobile patrol units soon,” Gatdula said, pointing out that the project is intended to gradually include policewomen assigned to administrative jobs to engage in field work to make full use of the entire QCPD force.

Of the city’s 2,700 law enforcers, 177 are women.

QCPD public information office head, Supt. Asprinio Cabula, said that prior to their deployment, the three policewomen underwent a month-long training program, including driving lessons and standard operating procedures in conducting patrol duty.

Cabula said the next challenge would be to convince women, who have been holding desk jobs for a long time, to do field work.

Hey! Are these sights IPSC legal? (basta kasya sa box diba?) Baka pwedeng subukan ah! Para mabilis shooting on the move...right to left lang nga...unless lagyan mo din on the other side para maski left to right pwede kang pumutok on the move. Meron bang pang STi niyan? :laughabove: :animlol:

Since it is just a simulation/drill, the subject jot got camera shy and remembered what they saw on gangsta in the hood. Heck, they should have watched Collateral or Heat instead. All I can say is, OA naman nyan.
