Here it is back from the Springfield Custom Shop. The work done:
S&A beavertail
skeleton hammer
extended thumb safety
10-8 rear sight
10-8 long trigger
4.5# action job
reparkerize the whole pistol

How much did the entire project end up putting you back? (If you don't mind telling.)

$366 for the Mil-Spec and $420 for the modifications, and buying the 10-8 Performance sight and trigger. So $786 total for a gun the way i wanted it.
