I was looking for a review of the Trijicon RedDot sight, which is similar to the Docter sight, which is apparently also sold by Trijicon now. Kelly McCann/Jim Grover really liked it (probably a Docter sight, as the DVD is several years old) on his Glock in a training DVD I have. He said it is especially good for older eyes.
Has anyone used one, and are they durable?

Thanks for any info!

My buddy and I have this sight installed on our G20 10mm pistols and have shot some heavy Double Tap ammo out of the pistols without having any problems with the Trijicon Red Dot sight.
My buddy did have problems with a JPoint prior to our purchasing the Trijicon product.
For older shooters, I highly recommend this sight. Shot some of the best groups I have been able to produce in the last 10 years because I could see the aiming point.

To any Forum member: Is the Trijicon just a re-branded "Jpoint"? Sure looks like it. Or they may be bringing in their version of the "FirePoint".

The Firepoint was renamed the Optima then renamed the J Point. Looks like trij renamed them again from the pic.
