Here's a list of some clubs within an hour +/- of Toledo:

Tri-County Sportsman's League- Saline, Mi.

Livingston Conservation and Sports Association - Brighton, Mi.

Livingston Gun Club - Brighton, Mi.

Raccoon Hunters Club - Romulus, Mi.

All of these clubs have IDPA. I know there are more, but these are the ones that I shoot at. I hope this helps a little.
