I bought a new PM9 in late 2002. I don't have any problems with it, but I couldn't find my manual that came with it the other day.
Didn't they used to have a lifetime warranty?
The current on-line manual state that the warranty is five years.
If it changed, when did the change take place?
Thanks for the info...

I just looked at the paperwork that was furnished with my 2004 made MK40. That paperwork indicates a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If there has been any changes to the warranty, it would have to be after 2004.
If your PM9 was made in 2002, you should have the lifetime warranty.

It was most likely a panic/knee-jerk reaction to the quality control problems they started having.
My shell casing is dated 01/11/05 & my manual says 5 years to Original Purchaser.
My MK9 was manufactured in 2002...I purchased it as a new item in May of 2007. All the literature in the box refers to a limited lifetime warranty.....
