View Full Version : USP Value?
I'm looking to put my Version 1 H&K USP .45 up for sale and wanted to get an idea what its worth is?
I'm the sole owner, and its a semi-safe queen. Bought new in 97', its only seen 760 rounds down range. Bought it as my 1st handgun, and never warmed up to it, so it sat lonely in the safe (but now its got quite a few friends).
Grey Box, owner's manuel, 2 10 rd OEM mags. Cleaned after every of its few range visits, never holstered. From my last inspection no scratches, dings, chips, etc. I would easily rate is 97%+++
Reason for the sale: I just shoot my G21 and 220 better.
I'm thinking it has to be worth $550 or better.
at least 600$ maybe more depending on where you live
Pugman, can you post a picture? I've been eyeballing a fullsize H&K USP .45 for a while now....
What is the date code on it?
Does it have the rubber hammer?
Do you take any trades?
Sorry for the delay.
Last weekend was Aniversary time and this week's big project at work has been a major PITA.
The date code is KF (95'), but it was bought new from an authorized dealer (Rusk's Gun Shop-Madison, WI). If someone would like to see the receipt, I can get one to you.
I took another look at it tonight, and I can post pics when the wife gets home with the camera, but it is in 98%+++ shape. No dings, never holstered, no chips, no rubber hammer, its in near perfect shape. Again, it just never grew on me.
I was planning on selling it....to fund another firearm that would get more use. But I would be open to trades. A 3rd Gen G19 in likewise shape with possibly cash on your end, a Sig 226R (we can work out details) or another Sig 220.
Email me at my address in my profile and let me know what you have or post it here...
Work has to let me go sometime.
By the way, I'm in Florida all next week at a meeting--if I don't respond right away give me an extra day.
pugman,
Sent you an email thru your profile.
I'm in Florida this week too, on vacation. Might be slow with the email as well, but I'd be interested in discussing a trade for G19. Hope you talk to you soon!

If your selling it to an individual you can get $100 less than a new one would cost
Like a new one for instance is $799 you should be around $700 for yours
Trading or selling to a dealer your only going to get around $500 maybe $550 tops
