Bad front TruGlo TFO

Got these on June 10th, front does not glow, anyone had luck getting them replaced under warranty. Or do I take the loss on the $90, and go Mepros?

The overall warranty is 90-days.

Either ask for a replacement or a refund.

I've treated those extremely carefully too, now I'm soured to em. Stinks because they are nice and bright, but if they can make it a month that's not gonna work.

Mailing them to the retailer in the morning so, now I'm sightless til they get back.

Good thing I have two glocks :banana:

Side note, anyone know what those sights are that form a triangle when aligned?

Everything I've read is they are fragile and the warranty stinks. They look too damn bulky for me. Stick with what works, Trijicon, Meps or Ameriglo.

The unwritten warranty on the nuke juice is 10yrs. Give them a call:)

I have four different sets TFO's.
One of the rear ones went bad.
Not sure when it happened,
but I did not notice it in the first 90 days.
But it was not more that 5 months old when I did.

No warranty, their customer service did not even respond to me.
I still like the sights but do not recommend them to anyone I like.

I have a front sight at truglo right now for repair... Almost 2 weeks to replace the fiber optic rod that fell out during a training session. Very slow turn around on repair. I would also not reccomend them to anyone I consider a friend.....

Well I just ordered some Big Dots, so if and when I ever get my Truglo sights back, guess they go up for sale or into the junk drawer.

I think the big dots will work out well, my primary purpose is not for target shooting, but rather defensive.

Hooray good day, Big Dots showed up today and as a bonus there sits my Beltman belt at my front door.
