I know that for a VA CCW you can use military training as your firearms safety requirement, but what do I need to give them for it? My wife is ex-military, so would a DD-214 cut it for her, and photocopy my ID card for myself? Thanks

DD214 should fine for your wife, that's what I used to get mine.
I would think your ID card, or a copy of orders would work for you. Might want to check with county clerk's office.
