Hi folks. If you suspect there has been a problem placing your order, don't sweat it. I will get you taken care of. As I have said in another message though, I am overwhelmed by the volume and rapidity of everyone's response and there are a lot of orders and hundreds of emails and PM's to sift through. Added to that is the fact that I have to make an unexpected trip to Texas over the weekend and I won't be back in front of my computer again until Tuesday morning.
Whether there has been a problem or not, if you paid by Pay Pal, you will get your membership. If you are paying by check or money order and your payment is received within two weeks of the date of your purchase, you will get your membership. I will insure that everyone who paid gets squared away.
If you suspect there has been a problem, please send me (one) email to webmaster@glocktalk.com . Give me as much information as you can about your transaction. It may take a week or so to get everyone squared away, but I will get to everyone. Please do not send multiple emails or PM's. It only complicates things and slows down the process.
When I have caught up with all the orders and answered all the support email I receive, I will post an announcement letting everyone know. If at that time you still have not received confirmation and thin a problem exists, you can contact me again and I will look into it. I don't want anyone to slip through the cracks.
It might take a bit of time to get every order taken care of, but you are not going to miss out on anything. The memberships will be in order before the paid tier launches and the clock doesn't start ticking on anyone's subscription until the system is complete.
