aftermarket triggers and grip reduction

are there any aftermarket triggers that move the trigger back? or lower the travel so that the trigger sits father back than stock?

As for grip reduction, it appears that most of the material removed is at the bottom of the grip, my problem is reaching the trigger, will a grip reduction even be worth it?

FYI this is a g23.

Try Glockworx for after market triggers-but i'd check first with your dept. to see if this is allowed.
