I found a new bread at a local Publix store that is unbelievable!
It's made by a company called Big Sky Bread Company. They are based in the Birmingham, AL area. Publix markets 3 or 4 different flavors, but I have only tried the Honey Wheat and the 3 Seed. They taste like real homemade bread and the slices are huge and about the thickness of sandwich-cut regular bread.
The best part is that it is made with no additives of any kind. The ingredient for the Honey Wheat version are: Whole Wheat Flour(it's actually whole grain), water, yeast, salt, and honey. That's it.
No high fructose corn syrup
No preservatives
No-thing I can't pronounce easily.
