I am a SoCal transplant myself. Cost of living is much lower here. No state income tax.

most cost of living is way lower...
My Direct TV dropped almost $30 in state taxes alone...

Strangely, just spoke to a Gardener who wants double for a yard that looks to be 1/4 of the work from my last one..

But class 3 heals all wounds.
