View Full Version : 620 question
I just bought a NIB model 620 today at a gun show. I haven't had a S&W revolver in a long time. Is it still okay to dry fire them over empty charge holes? The trigger is not too firm or too stiff at all, but it's not very smooth at the end. It's a little "crunchy". Will firing/dry firing help to smooth it out over time?

I like those. I'd take it over a 4" 686+. They need to make other barrel lengths. A 3" and a 5" would be sweet too.
I like it better than the 686+ also. Those few less ounces do make a difference. The 686 was $40.00 higher anyway. The 620 would be great in a 2 1/4" version like they used to offer in the Mod 66.
