Just aquired one of my all-time 'dream guns" a P7 M13, New in box, date code "IG", mags marked "IF".
Does anyone have a factory manual for sale for this age gun???
Is anyone willing to sell (reasonably) me an extra P7M13 or P7M10 magazine or 2? (supposedly P7M10 mags work in the P7M13)
Source for good holsters??
The box is a grey cardboard box, red "HK P7" on top. Is this the correct box for this date code??
Any help/advice is appreciated!!!!
thank you

Congrads.
For the manual call HK Customer Support (205) 655-8299 Guessing they will send you one free.
Holsters - I use a Blade tech OWB (http://www.blade-tech.com/) for competition
And Del Fatti for CCW (http://www.delfatti.com/)
also look at Milt Sparks (http://www.miltsparks.com/)
If you don't like to wait Lighting Arms Sports should have a few in stock (http://www.lightningarms.com/)
Mags can be found they tend to be high but keep looking they will pop up. M10 will work but typically harder to find. I have used them for tranning and matches but not for carry (M10 Mags) never had an issue.
Not sure on the Box - sounds right but I'm not 100% sure. Unable to check M13 Box Out of town at the moment.

CDNN investments has new P7M13 mags for sale. They will command a premium price anywhere, but CDNN has them.

thank you, 1811guy2, I just got some online for $70.00 each.
Maybe i should get 10 more at that price....
As for companies that won't ship mags or ammo to Mass, they just don't want to bother with MA tresidents.
If that's their policy..then I don't buy ANYTHING from them at all.
It is NOT illegal to ship mags or ammo to MA.
The seller has to obtain proof of age and eligibility from the MA resident.
Please correct me, but I am under the impression, that the "importation" of magazines with more then 10 is for civilian’s illegal in MASS?
It has nothing to do, that these companies don't want to ship, it's simply illegal!

Your impression or understanding of the Ma law is completely incorrect.
Please see my previous post. In addition, any criminal penalties are on the buyer of regulated items (hi-cap mags, ammo).
As I said, MOST companies do not want to bother. I choose to do business with companies that are willing to work with gun owners residing in Socialist states like MA,NY,NJ,CA,DE.

Well, I based my "impression" on the word of my ATF inspector who told me that only for LE personal it is legal to get magazines manufactured after 10/1994 in Mass.

Understood. It's a misconception not confined to civilians. (for ex: a MSP trooper told me that "Black talons and Hydrashocks are illegal") right..........
Just goes to show they don't know everything.
refer him to MGL Ch 140.
Most places who sell magazines sell new ones or they don't want to figure out when they were made.
You can't blame places like CDNN, you should blame your law makers and change the laws!!

Absolutely........
or move to a "FREE" state
Please stay in MASS!
We have plenty of people from Mass in NH and ME, who move here and then want to change everything into what where they came form!

I agree.
You have successfully resisted people bringing things into Maine like combs, soap, and modern dentistry.:laughabove: :animlol:
Kidding, of course.
Hey, the tooth brush was invented in Maine!
If it was invented somewhere else, it would have been the teeth brush!

I own a P7M8. What a great gun they are. I however never thought about it but I don't know anyone who makes a P7M13 magazinew that only holds 10 and is transferable to a state that restricts magazines to 10 rounds. Someone living in a 10 round capacity state is just screwed I guess. I never gave it alot of thought. But what do states like Mass expect gun owners to do?
