Well I said I'd give you guys a review when the barrels showed up. They arrived today.
Here they are fresh out of the box. Havlin Sales describes them as:
All barrels “as new” but not in original packages, may have minor flaws in finish.

If you look closely on the lower barrel you can see a rust spot on the extension that the screw passes through. There was some other surface rust that just didn't come out well in photos. I used some Remington 40X bore cleaner on a paper towel. The 40X has a mild abrasive in it and I've found it real good at removing light surface rust without removing the blued finish. After removing the rust spot on the extension I was pretty much down to bare metal. The rest of the surface rust came off without issue.
The other barrel was fine and the rust on the one barrel really doesn't bother me because I'm going to sand blast it then Duracoat it to match the rest of my sons gun.
Here's the barrel mounted on my 500:

And here is a shot of the muzzles with the 18.5" on the left and my 28" ported vent rib barrel on the right.

The barrels are advertised as being "Heavy Walled" and you can see from the above photo that they are much thicker than the standard barrel. I wanted to see how much thicker so I pulled out my dial calipers.
Just in front of the lump where the barrel enters the receiver my 28" barrel measured 1.185" the 18.5" barrel was 1.180" (so much for being thicker in the chamber area).
My ported 28" barrel is thinnest just behind the ports about where the extension for the screw is. At that point the 28" barrel was .860" and the 18.5" was .940".
Up at the muzzle around the choke tube my 28" barrel gets just a bit thicker at .890" and the 18.5" gets marginally thicker at .960".
The barrels cost $69 each plus $12 for shipping. I also ordered an adult sized stock set for the 20 ga youth gun I have.
Now to get them to the range!
