Kahr polish

mine started as dlc or blackened stainless i polished the crud out of it starting with 600 grit paper then 1000 grit then with polishing compound it now has a mirror finish i thin its looks pretty good for a 12 year old gun .. i posted links to the pics first is before second is after

LOL this was supposed to be a reply to the fluff and buff thread but i would love to see pics of every ones custom kahrs pretty rare to see one that has been modified or tweaked out ..

Good job, that does look pretty nice. However, if that gun is indeed 12 years old, I don't think it had the DLC finish on it. As far as I know, Kahr just came out with DLC a couple of years ago. It must have been some other kind of blackened finish. Still a good looking gun.

yeah its pretty old it was a first run production pistol .not exactly sure of production date . number 78 is the serial number lol ..was like a black parker type finish but it was on stainless so i am not sure .. the new ones have the line milled into the frame above the trigger guard too mine is just flat and slab sided ..
