Dear Sirs,
I would like to know if you have any experiences with this company positive or negative.
Briefly my story,
Time ago I have ordered front sight for my Remi 870. I have received through mail - confirmation that my order was received. I have found out some mistake in my address and in no time I have sent email with correction . Problem is since that time I have sent 4 emails but no one responded. I have to checked if my card was charged, however way nobody responded who knows it? For this I would like to know it is usually demeanour that company doesn't want to communicate? I found it little bit strange. What is your opinion?

Today I made call to PSI and I spoke to man i didn't catch his name but I have got very good and full information. Sight is on the way to me. He also explain to me process of delivery and he was very pleasant. It seems everything would be allright. I can say for such servises thank you very much.
