How come i cannot play this video

Im no computer savvy but i have installed microsoft office 2003 inmy harddrive . It plays the youtube but wonder why i cannot play the video on gmanews.tv
Is there something i miss i need to install a program? Thanks

I also can't play that specific video. It's probably removed already since the other more recent videos are fine.
