i was wondering if any body had any experience with one and could tell any difference

I could certainly be the lone voice of dissent but I've never tried them in any gun that functioned 100% and that includes Glock and Wilson Combat.
I could tell a difference in recoil either.
To each his own....

I tried one and it was a waste of money. I find for the same price just change the recoil spring every 3 or 4 thousand rounds. Also didn't like those after market double recoil systems like the one that fire dragon sells. The more I shoot glock pistols the less modifications I make.

waste of money, dont need a recoil buffer.
