just want to do a survey, which is better for you- tactical or combat reload?

I'd say combat reload, except...
I don't think the two can be compared the way you're thinkng,
since they're defined by different contexts.

A tac reload is for when there's a lull and you're behind cover.
A combat reload is for more pressing circumstances.

Then there's the NY reload, the Bataan reload, etc., etc.... ;)
