Not such a good day.
I put a full mag in the gun and squeezed off the first round. Perfect shot, I loved it.
Then I squeezed the trigger again and... nothing happened...
haha
The slide had locked back and wouldn't go forward.
so I released the mag and had to hold down the slide release lever to make the slide return forward.
I started over, different mag... different ammo.
SAME thing happened.
There was a guy at the range who had a few Glocks he was shooting, so I figured he might be able to give me some advice.
He took a look at it and didn't know what was wrong.
I put my gun back in the case and just shot my rifles the rest of the day, I didn't want to try and fix it out on the range. (might mess something up or even worse, get hurt)
When I got home, I was trying to figure out what the problem was.
After testing a few things, I found the slide release was pushing up against the slide on it's own(thus, not letting the slide return forward unless it was held down)
So I disassembled the gun and it looks like when I fired my first shot the slide release lever moved into a strange position... thus locking it up.
I took put it all back together, and it worked fine dry firing it.
I haven't had the chance to go shooting again to see if I fixed the problem... but tell me what you think.
Keep in mind that I bought this gun used and he told me he's put approx. 2000 rounds through it already.
Should I replace any parts?
