I posted this over at Arfcom, but I'll try here too.
I have an Arsenal milled receiver SLR-100H. How does it rate among the Bulgarian "SLR" types", and how desireable is it among AK fans?

You find out what you need to know yet? Are there any other Mfgs markings? Front of magwell or on the receiver? There were at least 3 builders that were producing SLR100H rifles in quantity, they all had the builders stampings on them. There were receivers sold to whomever also, it would be a homebuild or a smith's work if no other markings are present.
ETA: I'd call a well built example very desirable. This would depend upon the parts kit used and the degree of assembly skill and attention to detail.

If your rifle is stamped Gordon Technologies then it would be considered top of the line for US produced Bulgarians.
Gordon Tech went through a huge painstaking process of selecting quality parts and assembling the completed rifles.
A primo Gordon Tech may be worth about $725 - $750 ish
