Waffles
For about 4 waffles
1 cup of flour
½ cup of melted Smart Balance
1 cup of Milk
2 Eggs beaten
2 heaping teaspoons of Baking Powder
½ teaspoon of Salt
sift the dry and mix in with the wet
Today I added 1 cup of crushed Pecans to the batter
and
Topped the waffles with Stoney Field's Vanilla Yogurt
