I have a ccw and use a smart carry holster. Can I use the dressing rooms in stores to try on clothes since no one should be coming into the dressing room while I'm in there?

Yes, it will be fine.
Obviously though, don't walk out and leave it unattended.

Prefectly fine Passive. I just recently did this myself when trying on suits at Macy's. Just as Tampa said, don't walk out and leave it in there. But hey with your SC, you should be able to just leave it on and try on the new clothe's!

Awesome! So if someone opens the dressing room door and sees my gun or something that is not my problem? (I know the chances are very tiny of it happening). I just want to make sure it's legal :)

Always take your gun when buying clothes!
I recently had to return a pair of pants because I didn't.

It's perfectly fine. You have the expectation of privacy in there. Anyone opening the door does so at his own peril.

Probably depends on which one it is and if its a guy or girl that catches you.
I carried when trying on clothes at steve & barry's in the festival bay mall last weekend. The dressing rooms offer very little privacy.. right in the middle of the store.
Especially if you use your beloved smart carry, you'll be fine. Just don't go gallivanting around the store without pants on and no one will ever know. ;)

Good to know. I won't worry about it to much in a department store anymore then :)

just don't tilt left and right like a monkey on youtube and ask the cashiers/workers if they can spot your CCW.
Nice videos by the way. They should pay you handsomely for doing those video as you are much better than whatever advertisement they have.
