Question about difference between Limited & Limited 10?

I'm still pretty new to IPSC so I hope I'll be forgiven if this question is a little naive. If you have a pistol that qualifies for both Limited and Limited 10, is there any particular reason you would choose to shoot one over the other? I can see that Limited would have an advantage in that there would be less mag changes to worry about. But is that pretty much the only difference? I imagine you can get classified in both, so would it depend on your mood of the day which you chose to shoot at a particular match?

Only difference is the magazine capacity. The idea was to give a division for people who lived in a state with restricted magazine capacity, chose to shoot single stack 1911 w/ 10 round mags (prior to 1911 SS class), or a place for the sandbaggers to hide :) JK
