Folding stock question

I am wanting to install a folding stock onto my AK.

Heres the one I am looking at getting.

Total length of the rifle has to be over 30" with stock folded to keep it legal, correct?

Below is the rifle

I believe it is an overall length (is in with the stock open) of over 26" with the barrel 16" or longer, with the collapsable stock being regulated by local laws. My Yugo is only 25" with the stock collapsed, but well over 30" open, but my krink is only 26" exactly with the stock open and had to go on a Form 1.
