UpLuLa is probably the best out there that I've seen, other than kids to do it for you, but I don't find it to be worth the $30 for the little time it saves over the Glock loading tool.
Scroll down to my post in this thread for info on the HKS mag loader. It works great and costs $10.

Lots of folks seem to like the Uplula for $30, but I wasn't overly impressed with it at that price. It worked fine, but it's not that much different than the Glock loader in the way it works.
The one thing about it that certainly is different though is that it works with most any centerfire pistol magazine.

I liked the Uplula enough to buy two of them. It's easier to load the last round into the high cap mags and it's really fast. It also replaces a whole bunch of loaders. If you shoot a lot, it really saves your hands. The only other loader I like almost as much is the Magloader from Magloader.com. Couldn't be simpler and very economical.

I have both the HKS and the LULA. I like both. The main difference, to me, is that the LULA requires you to place the bottom on something to push the cartridge down. It could be your leg, chest or table. The HKS loads with the loader and mag in your hand. The thumb action presses the cartridge down readying it for the next round.

Stick out right hand, extend thumb, revel in the thought that you are able to load bullets for free.
