Is this a quality mag or a cheap mag they put a no-tilt follower in?

They are CProducts mags. I have a few that I ordered from them, and all had CProducts floor plates and orange magpul followers. Midway has AR Stoner mags on sale right now for $9.99 a piece, they are CProducts mags w/green followers and I have had good luck with them also. I just ordered a few more to store for a rainy day.
