I was browsing through GT or the glock section on ar15.com and seen a pic of a glock with an attachment on the front rail, and i believe it was something like a (CQB) device kinda like a meat tenderizer thingy. I would like to get one. If anyone has a pic or can point in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thank you

What is that used for? Or does it have a use, just to sit there and be pretty!

Click on the link and read.
"...muzzle plate guards the slide face from pressure contact that can push it out of battery into a “non-fire” position..."
"...The CSP acts as a partial compensator, reducing the recoil signature and muzzle rise of the pistol from 30% - 50%..."
"...The CSP can be utilized as an impact weapon to deliver sternum, cranial or bone strikes to incapacitate a subject without firing the weapon, while leaving the weapon pointed at your adversary. The aggressive checkering can produce heavy lacerations of exposed skin. For Law Enforcement, the CSP allows the officer to break the side windows of a vehicle without taking the weapon off the subject..."
haha... "to deliver a sternum strike". I think pulling the trigger would deliver a mo-betta sternum strike.:whistling:

It would be useful for intimidation purposes or if you need to JAM your gun into somebody before pulling the trigger because he's already closed distance. I'm a little skeptical of it's abilities as a compensator, though.

i saw a pistol rail attachment approx 4 inch long bayonet at a local shop
I suspect it might cause a holstering problem with many holsters, especially Kydex.

Do they make one for a Lorcin?? Gerard LeDouche needs one:rofl:
I actually have something like that for my Cuisinart.
Looks like a bad idea, however.

I don't know if they have a rail to attach it or not, but if not you could always duct tape it on. The tape might actually help hold the gun together.

I don't care who you are , that's funny right there!

These were first made by a guy here in Colorado i think it was www.thearmsroom.com at the suggestion of some LE trainers. There had been an issue with bad guys striking the front of an auto pistol knocking it out of battery. It was a good idea for those concerned about extreme close quarters contact with bad guys. But it didn't catch on around here.
California agencies had a similar issue with their Berettas, which is why there was an LE mod for the 92 series that changed the slide release/take down lever.

ummmm how...?
It adds weight to the muzzle...So the muzzle should stay on target a little more....
pretty cool as its easy to push a glock out of battery
So, if it's easy to "push a glock out of battery", what would happen in a CQB situation with something being inserted or lodged between the device and the muzzle end of the slide? Clothing, a piece of debris or even a finger. Turn that 'ol glock into a single shot for a bit there.
