Silly me misread the post thought this was for a Glock not a Sig. Anyway here’s a site for Glock barrels. BTW have you tried contacting SIG?

I answered this same post over at TFL- cheaperthandirt.com has factory 357sig barrels for $155.88, the catalog item # is 29292
Heres a linkhttp://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ctd/product.asp?sku=29292&mscssid=RE7JEV4V921D9GDVQG7J44DFFD9N2W9D
I purchased a .357 SIG factory barrel for my .40 Cal P229 over 3 years ago. Works fine. I just had the local dealer order mine. I think it cost me $170. The biggest problem with these conversion barrels is keeping up with them when they're not in the gun (I have a .40 cal barrel for my G32 also and a 9mm barrel for my G35 and a 9mm barrel for my .40 Hi-Power). If you're interested, my solution (after loosing the black colored spare barrels several times in the bottom of a black shooting bag) is to go to the local jewelery store and buy some necklace boxes. The boxes are inexpensive, nicely padded, have a snap closure and a white cardboard slipcover that labels nicely. Haven't lost a barrel since. Good luck.
