What's the current opinion on the reliability of a .357 Sig in a G23 - okay for CCW if proven with enough ammo to be reliable? Is it really just a barrel drop-in job?
Thanks!

Except for the barrel, the G23 is the same gun as the G32.
So with a Glock .357Sig barrel, the G23 should be as reliable as a G32.
The issue of mags is different - some folks have better success than others, using .40 mags.

If you use a genuine Glock G32 barrel and good ammo there is no reason it shouldn't be 100% reliable.
I went the opposite way and had no problems at all, 23 barrel in a 32. I did use .40 cal. mags when shooting the 23 barrel in the 32 though.
Have converted two G23s; works fine in each case.
