Have couple of posts with AR questions and was doing some research the other day when these folks caught my eye. Have a couple of write ups in the gunrags, have an okay website, good looking products. With that being said, I could care less about any of those three things.
What I want to know is does anyone own one? And if so, how is the reliability of their products?
The product line is the SLR 15.

Sorry, no.
Fwiw, in some other AR sites, Sully's AR's are highly regarded.

Which sites are you citing please. AR15.com, blackrifle, who? Please advise and thanks Ferris :) .
I don't own one, but I have shot one or two. They are nice weapons made to a very high quality. I was able to buy a stripped SLR15 lower though, and have made it into a carbine on my own, however it's not a "SLR15 built carbine." I also happen to know Sully and the SLR15 gunsmith (Randy) personally, and have taken numerous classes from Sully as well.

SLR-15's have also gotten good reviews on 10-8 forums and they are almost exclusively Colt, LMT and some Noveske fans. They are a hard core bunch generally.

I've been doing the "due diligence" I do these days before plunking down the moola and I am really liking what I see from these guys. Owner is a doer/not a wannabe, LONG resume's as gun builders, and innovative in that they are producing some parts on their own now, with others made to their specs.
Just a bump to the top hoping I can locate an owner, or five, who can give me some trigger time reviews.
Thanks to those who helped so far.
Seems like the strengthened extractor is a GREAT idea on these rifles from what I have been told/seen. Secondary question here, as I was advised to carry additional extractor and other items in shooting bag if I go with the AR system, do YOU have a "beefed" up extractor on your blaster?
Thanks again and any help is appreciated.
I have two, a 16" Classic with A1 upper and a Commander.

I *love* the iron sighted Classic. It's the lightest and most well-balanced AR I own, and is reliable as hell. I spent two days in the Defensive Edge carbine class that came with the purchase of the rifle rolling around in the sand, and it didn't miss a beat. It's accurate, and recoil is really mild for such a light rifle.
The Commander is a newer one, and I've only shot about 1000 rounds through it so far. It, like the Classic, has been utterly reliable.
I can tell you from having these rifles apart and comparing them to my Bushmaster that the parts that are used in these rifles and the assembly methods are superior in every way. The reliability speaks for itself. If you're near Minnesota and want to try one of them out, give me a shout, I'll let you put some time on one of mine....

I've only heard good about them...
Sully is a cop who knew he wanted to build platforms that worked. When you wring out something hard, you see what the failures are. You build something to beath those nagging problems. I know Elmore at Specialized Armament is working on something with Colt/other stuff.
Good makers do their best to build good stuff. A Sully is on a short list.
Gotta shoot his GRAIL! UFDA!

No, you do not need the beefed up extractor, or to carry an extra one. I never did, even in Iraq.
however, it can never hurt to have spare parts just in case.
